Enjoy stunning views of Navarre's white powdery sand beach and sparkling emerald water on the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in our comfortable 3 bedroom/3 bath beachfront condo. Sleeps 8. Our Unit 11D is located by entering the atrium in the West building. Beach Colony Resort is a beachfront gated community with free wireless internet, indoor garage parking, tennis courts, fitness room, large pool, and private beach access that has handicap ramp. Also provided is a locked renter/bike room on ground floor to store beach and pool items, plus a bike if you have one. You will be given access codes to door, renter/bike room, fitness room, and front gates before your arrival time. If you love to cook outdoors, there are 6 grills and tables located between the two buildings. Longest fishing pier on the gulf and several restaurants are within walking distance. Fishing is allowed on the pier and from the beach. Check the Florida guidelines for permit information. The condo is within 5 to 10 driving minutes of several nearby grocery stores and other restaurants. Pensacola and Destin are both 30 to 40 minutes away and Ft. Walton is 20 minutes. If you are interested in a movie theater or visiting the local zoo, Gulf Breeze is about 15 minutes drive time. Take a leisure drive to the west of Beach Colony down Gulf Blvd. along the Gulf Island National Seashore for more fantastic views. Navarre Visitor Center and playground are on Hwy. 98 to the left across the bridge, and our famous Tommy Snoballs is on the right across the bridge to the mainland. A guest information book is provided in the condo.
Living Room - Sofa and loveseat, 2 chairs, and tables, 55" smart TV, DVD player, desk. Access to balcony.
Dining Area - Table can seat up to 8 people.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with stainless refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Complete sets of dishes and glassware, mugs, flatware, wine glasses, pitchers, bakeware, cookware and utensils. Toaster, coffee maker plus a Keurig, toaster oven, mixer, blender, electric skillet, crockpot, small food chopper, bullet blender.
Laundry Room - Full size washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum, and items needed for everyday clean up.
Master Bedroom - King bed, large smart TV, DVD player, large walk-in closet, large bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Master bedroom and bath have beach views of the tranquil emerald water and beach plus access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, TV, bathroom with large shower.
Bedroom 3 - Twin Over Full bunk beds with pull out twin trundle, TV, bathroom with tub/shower unit.
Balcony - 2 large cushioned chairs & ottomans, table with 6 chairs. Spectacular view of the pool, beach, pier on the left view, and the Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony side view.
Linens and Towels - Bed linens, blankets, towels, washcloths, and dish towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels! Please do not remove linens, blankets, towels, kitchen items or dishes from our condo. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Other Supplies - You will have paper towels for kitchen, toilet paper for each bathroom, liquid hand soap, dish detergent, and dishwasher packets to begin your stay at our unit. You will need to bring your own supplies for washer & dryer and other kitchen and toilet supplies as needed throughout your stay.
Renter/Bike Room - Locked storage room is provided on lower level to store pool and beach toys, floats, chairs, tents, wagons, and other items, plus bikes if you have one. These items cannot be stored in condo. You will be given door code at check in.
Amenities - Gated community, TV, free WiFi, garage parking, tennis courts, fitness room, locked renter storage, large pool, private beach access with ramp, grills and picnic tables, keyless entry to condo and amenity rooms.

Fees, Payments, and Restrictions
All fees (including cleaning fee) are included in rate, except sales tax.
Sales tax of 12 percent will be added to rental amount at time of booking reservation.
Deposit - Non-refundable at Booking -- $300.00 -- Applies toward rental fee total.
Damage Deposit Refundable if no damage -- $500 due with last payment and current credit card # and information on file.
1/2 Rental - due 90 days prior to arrival. Balance - due 30 days prior to arrival.
Preferred payment is check or cash. A 5% fee will be added for credit card payments.
You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival for full refund, 30 days prior to arrival for 1/2 refund; both refunds are minus the $300.00 non-refundable deposit.
Rental Age - 21 & Above.
Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
You will receive a rental agreement for you to complete, sign and return when your reservation is confirmed. A copy of driver's license and vehicle license are required per each vehicle registered for parking pass. Pool bands will be left for you in the condo.
